14. Custom-made Jewellery

14.1. The upfront payment will be returned to the buyer if they decide to cancel their made-to-order jewellery order.

14.2. If a customer decides to cancel an order for bespoke made-to-order jewellery, the order value will be deducted by 25% before the consumer receives their refund.

14.3 A gift card will be used to reimburse the customer for the advance amount if they do not pick up their made-to-order jewellery order from the store within 60 days.

14.4 If a customer cancels an order for customized made-to-order jewellery and does not pick it up from the store within 60 days, 25% of the order value will be removed, and the remaining cash will be given to the customer as a coupon.
