Our dedication to providing top-tier quality in both products and services is steadfast. However, recognizing that errors may occur, we stand prepared to address and rectify such issues.

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we assure you a 100% refund to the original payment method within 2 to 5 working days.

Please note that order cancellations after 24 hours incur a 30% bank payment processing and order cancellation charge from the total order amount. No cancellations are allowed once the order is in processing, and products have been received. In such cases, we do not provide refunds; however, the cancellation amount can be refunded to the original payment method or credited as Savani Jewellery Store Credit or Coupons.

Return Policy

Any concerns regarding product damage or related issues should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products. We request digital pictures and unboxing videos to assess the reported defects.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning products.

All products must be returned in their original condition with attached tags intact. The presence of original tags is a prerequisite for accepting returns.

Refund Policy

In cases of defects, stains, or incorrect products, our preference is to facilitate a return or replacement. If the customer opts against this, the following policy applies:

Shipping charges paid during the item's purchase will not be refunded.

For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, will not be refunded.

The following items can't be returned, refund or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale
• Please make a video before opening the parcel. If you lost the product or you got damaged product and you won't have any video then buyer is responsible for it's loss.
• Returns are processed within 7 Business Days
• Please send me images of an item, pack the items in the original box and please confirm with us before shipping the parcel.
• If you return a package without informing us, in that case, the buyer will totally be responsible for it.
• The buyer is only responsible for return shipping costs. But In some cases, we provide you return charge, for further please contact us before ship the item back.
• If you found any issue after 10 days from the delivery date are only eligible for the repair. Return is not accepted after the policy time-frame. Please contact us for more. In some cases, we offer you an exchange service as well.
• If we agreed to a refund, we will refund the amount up to 72 hours as per confirmation after getting the return parcel. If we found any damage or issue in the returned product, the buyer is only responsible for the loss of any value.

Accepting Parcel from Courier

Upon receiving a parcel, it is imperative to inspect the outer packaging for any damage or tampering. Verify the quality and quantity of items with the invoice before accepting the package. In the event of discrepancies, either refuse delivery or accept it with a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Additionally, lodge a complaint with the local office of the courier agency for our follow-up.
